My Story

Hi, I'm Rahul K. Singh.

A decade of operating across borders, boardrooms, and industries has shaped me into something that doesn't fit neatly into one box. I've worked across hospitality, entertainment, media, sustainability, and enterprise transformation, across the US, APAC, MENA, and Europe, and I've learned that the most valuable skill isn't expertise in one domain. It's the ability to walk into any complex situation and leave with clarity.

I'm a tech, philosophy, environment, space, and art enthusiast who happens to consult at the CXO level. I believe the best thinking happens at the intersection of disciplines, not inside them.

5IS Consulting is where I bring that to enterprise clients: discovery, strategy, and transformation, from the first conversation to the signed mandate.

This isn't just about building a business. It's about doing this work differently. Most consulting relationships are transactional and forgettable. I'd rather build a small set of relationships that last decades, where the conversation is direct, the assessment is honest, and nobody is performing.

Rigour and warmth aren't opposites. The best work I've done has come from rooms where people could disagree openly and think out loud. 5IS Consulting is my attempt to make that the default rather than the exception.
